About HPA

The Hellenic Psychodrama Association was founded in July 2024 in Athens, by certified psychodramatists with the shared vision of developing and promoting psychodrama in Greece. The Association aims to reveal the therapeutic value of psychodrama as a tool for self-awareness, personal development, improvement of interpersonal relationships, trauma therapy, treatment of societal injuries due to social injustice and support of vulnerable social groups through seminars, workshops and scientific events.

The founding members of the Association are certified psychodrama psychotherapists trained according to the contemporary methods of psychodrama aiming to promote the effectiveness of this psychotherapeutic approach to broader audiences. Moreover, the Hellenic Psychodrama Association focuses on the continuous development of its members through continuous training. It encourages the spreading of psychodrama in various fields such as psychotherapy, education, social work, and its application in organizations.
