Transgenerational psychodrama
Transgenerational psychodrama is a therapeutic approach mostly developed by Anne Ancelin Schutzenberger, one of Moreno students, that explores the impact of family history and ancestral influences on an individual's life. By using psychodramatic techniques as role-reversal and dramatization, participants examine patterns, traumas, and dynamics that span multiple generations. This method helps individuals gain insight into how their family background shapes their beliefs, behaviours, and relationships, fostering healing and personal growth through the understanding of these inherited patterns.
