1st Hellenic Psychodrama Conference

“From Alienation to Connection”

Saturday, 14th March, 2026

AKTO Athens Campus, Evelpidon 11A, Athens, Greece.

In a world where technology promises constant connection yet often deepens experiences of isolation and emotional distance, psychodrama offers a powerful pathway back to authentic human encounter.

Eye contact, touch, shared presence, movement, music, and spontaneous expression—once central to human relating—have increasingly been replaced by endless scrolling and an anxious search for validation through likes and digital approval.

This conference is intentionally designed as a fully in-person experience, creating a living space of connection, dialogue, and embodied encounter. Through experiential workshops, live presentations, and inspiring masterclasses, participants will explore psychodrama as a dynamic method of care, psychological empowerment, psychoeducation, and the healing of psychological trauma.

The conference welcomes mental health professionals, students, and all those curious to experience psychodrama—its philosophy, applications, and transformative techniques—in a shared environment that values presence, creativity, and human connection.

Join us in moving from alienation to connection.
