Anger is one of the most important emotions we experience, yet it is also one of the first emotions that can become challenging in our everyday lives. Recognizing, expressing, and managing anger are important challenges in psychotherapy.
In this experiential workshop, participants will be invited to “meet” their angry self in a safe and supportive environment and engage in a dialogue with it, with the aim of developing a better and more functional relationship with this part of themselves.
The workshop will be facilitated by Neli Vyzantiadou, a certified senior trainer, supervisor, and psychotherapist specializing in Psychodrama.
The workshop is open to anyone interested in exploring and working with their angry self.
No previous psychotherapy or psychodrama experience is required.
